Phoenix Software Freedom Day

The Arizona Business and Liberty Experience ( ABLE conf ) is a Free Software conference organized by a coalition of many Arizona Free Software groups.

ABLE conf http://www.ableconf.com/ is planned for Saturday, September 20th at the University of Advancing Technology http://www.uat.edu.

There will be a GNU/Linux Install Fest the following Saturday also at UAT.

The Phoenix SFD event was held at the University of Advancing Technology in Tempe, Arizona concurrent with the Desert Code Camp.

With more than 400 web and software developers attending we were able to set up a table with flyers, balloons and stickers plus stuff the event handout bags with flyers and CDs.

Next weekend there will be a followup InstallFest at Arizona State University.
